A fully-managed estate in a contemporary urban setting, Station Hill in Reading will be a new concept in working, living and shopping. With nearly 930,000 square feet of highly flexible office space, this will be the largest mixed-use development of its kind outside central London. Continuing our long-standing relationship with Stanhope, we were brought in to create a distinctive identity and bespoke brochure that positioned the development to the London-based corporate audience looking for a move away from the overheated market in the capital.
