Following on from the success of the brand idea at Chiswick
Park, Peoplebuilding is a new way of approaching buildings as
workplaces, pioneered by Stanhope plc. The idea behind
Peoplebuilding is simple: if people feel good, they work well and
everybody benefits. Buildings strongly affect the people who
work in them, so we used the brochure to emphasise how this
works in practice while establishing a strong visual marketing
brand for the agents to take out to market. The resulting mix
of free-form illustrations, precise architectural plans and
stunning photography show the quality of the space and bring
the idea of Peoplebuilding to life in a real and credible way.
